Role Description
The Content Creator Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support the creation of visual and written content across digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials, aligned with Orikai’s brand voice and aesthetic. Daily tasks include brainstorming content ideas, assisting with photo and video shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and preparing content for publishing. The role also involves editing of images and videos, drafting captions and short-form copy.
Qualifications:

- Love Instagram and short-form content
- Have a strong eye for visuals, fashion and aesthetics
- Know how to shoot good videos using a phone or camera
- Can edit videos independently
- Understand pacing, music and storytelling
- Are comfortable being hands-on and figuring things out
- Are proactive and don't need to be told what to shoot every time
- Are interested in fashion, kidswear, photography, filmmaking or digital content
Responsibilities:
Shoot
- Shoot Instagram Reels, Stories and product content
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments from our factory, sampling and production
- Shoot founder-led content and talking-to-camera videos
- Create product and styling videos
- Assist with occasional shoots involving kids/models
Edit
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram
- Add music, captions, text, transitions and other elements
- Turn raw footage into engaging Reels
- Repurpose one shoot into multiple pieces of content
- Keep up with current Instagram formats and trends
It is a paid internship for 3 months and has the potential to convert into a full time job.
