XScale Media is a performance marketing agency helping coaches, consultants, experts, and businesses generate leads and sales through paid advertising, funnels, conversion-focused content, and marketing automation.
We are looking for a Content Creator who can create engaging short-form videos and performance-focused ad creatives for XScale Media and our clients.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form videos, Reels, and video ads for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Appear on camera and deliver scripted and unscripted video content.
- Develop creative hooks, concepts, scripts, and content ideas.
- Create multiple content variations for different audiences and marketing angles.
- Research current short-form content formats and identify ideas that can improve viewer engagement.
- Work with the marketing and creative team to produce content for client campaigns.
- Turn marketing concepts and offers into simple, engaging video content.
- Participate in content shoots and maintain a consistent content production schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and on-camera presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking naturally in front of a camera.
- Good command of Hindi/Hinglish and/or English.
- Creative thinking and an understanding of short-form video content.
- Ability to understand hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and audience psychology.
- Interest in social media, advertising, marketing, and content creation.
- Ability to work from our Raipur office.
- Previous experience with Reels, UGC, video ads, social media, or content creation is a plus.
Application Requirement
As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to submit a 30–60 second sample video.
The sample should demonstrate:
- On-camera presence
- Communication skills
- Creativity
- Ability to create a strong opening hook
- Storytelling and delivery
Professional equipment is not required. A phone-recorded video is completely acceptable.
The sample will be evaluated based on the candidate's content-creation and communication abilities.
