Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad for Consultants in various domains. In this position, consultants will work directly with clients to analyze business needs, gather and interpret data, and develop recommendations to address operational, strategic, or organizational challenges. Daily responsibilities include participating in client meetings, preparing reports and presentations, supporting project planning and execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Consultants will be expected to document findings clearly, track project progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools used by the firm. The role also involves staying current with industry trends relevant to assigned domains and sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and work in client-facing environments.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized certifications in consulting or domain-specific areas are an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in consulting, project management, or domain-specific roles (e.g., operations, finance, technology, HR) is preferred.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, with openness to working across different domains and types of client engagements.
- Comfort working on-site in Moradabad and engaging regularly with clients and team members in person.
