Role Description- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from planning through execution and final handover.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
- Supervise site teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Resolve technical, design, and construction-related issues in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil).
- Experience in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, project planning, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
