Job Responsibilities :
- Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings, and specifications.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for:
- Support of Excavation (SOE) works
- Foundation works
- Reinforced Concrete (RCC) structures
- Measure quantities accurately using construction drawings and digital takeoff software.
- Prepare organized quantity takeoff sheets in Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and update quantity databases and estimating spreadsheets.
- Identify discrepancies, omissions, and inconsistencies in drawings and communicate them.
- Coordinate with the estimating team to ensure timely completion of project estimates.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and market data for informed cost decisions.
Candidates should possess familiarity with construction methods and materials, along with proficiency in estimation or quantity takeoff software.
Candidates should possess strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in construction estimating is an advantage.
