SRR Projects Private Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Incharge to lead the construction of an API Warehouse as part of an EPC project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall site construction and coordinate closely with the Design & Engineering Team for timely drawings, design inputs and constructability requirements.
- Manage Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and finishing works.
- Coordinate specialised warehouse systems including ASRS, pallet racking, conveyors, forklifts, dock levellers, cold/cool rooms, AHUs and chilled-water systems.
- Ensure proper interface between building works, MEP services and warehouse equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
- Monitor project schedule, manpower, subcontractors, quality, safety and cost.
- Coordinate with Client/PMC, Design, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure timely completion and handover.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 12–18 years in Industrial / EPC Construction Projects
Location: Bulk Drug Park, Nakkapalli, Anakapalli District, Andhra Pradesh
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Pharma/API Warehouses, Automated Warehouses, Temperature-Controlled Facilities, ASRS or Industrial Buildings.
