Role Description As a Construction Engineer at Dexler Energy, you will support the planning, execution, and supervision of civil and structural works for solar park projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with EPC partners and contractors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will conduct site inspections, monitor heavy equipment usage, track construction progress, and assist in resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to solar infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and validating Construction Drawings, including site layouts, structural designs, and detailed engineering plans.
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operations and coordination, including understanding equipment capabilities, safety protocols, and optimization of usage on construction sites.
- Inspection skills for monitoring civil works, structural integrity, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.
- Knowledge of solar power plant construction, EPC processes, and relevant IS/IEC standards is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in construction management software and MS Office for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
