Designation – Conference Producer
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (Onsite)
Department: Conference Production
Roles and responsibility:
Responsible for researching and recommending topics on which conferences could be held, given the
latest trends.
Conducting Research with Target Market to develop an Innovative Conference Agenda.
Communicate with the Key Industry figures to determine the validity of the proposed topic, sub
themes, timing and location.
Source, Engage and onboard potential speakers for the conferences.
Use online platforms, industry publications, and recommendations to identify potential speakers. Look
for individuals who are recognized experts in the conference topics.
Assist in the development of Conference direction and topics by discussion with industry experts.
Communicate marketing plans and works closely with the various team members to ensure milestones
of the events are on target.
Provide excellent services and professionalism from pre-to-post events.
Curation to execution is the key role of a project Manager.
Requirement:
Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Management.
