The work and what makes it matter
You will take ownership across briefs, drafts, revisions, narrative choices, audience response, and publishing handoffs. A typical week may move between research topics and produce drafts, edit for clarity and structure, align content to search and audience intent, and collaborating with marketing or subject experts. At this level, the expectation is smaller scoped tasks, learning the operating context, following established standards, asking for review, and building confidence through consistent delivery. The work matters because strong content must hold attention, survive revision, and remain clear when creative, commercial, and publishing constraints compete.
What you'll bringYou bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience and a working command of SEO Writing, Automotive Knowledge, Content Management Systems, Research Skills, Editing Skills, Creativity, Time Management, and Analytics Tools. You can shape ideas into clear work, respond constructively to feedback, protect tone and structure, and revise without losing the original purpose.
This calls for foundational understanding, willingness to learn, careful execution, clear communication, and readiness to improve through feedback. A diploma is the minimum education requirement. A bachelor's degree is preferred, not required. The role requires English (Professional) and Hindi (Professional).
What success looks likeBy 90 days: understand the audience, format, editorial standards, review process, and production rhythm, complete guided work reliably, and use review feedback well
By 6 months: handle repeatable parts of a recurring content stream, format, or production workflow with fewer corrections and surface blockers early
By year 1: be trusted with well-scoped responsibilities and contribute to content quality, review discipline, audience relevance, and the consistency of the publishing process
