We are looking for a concept artist who can Create strong visual concepts for game
characters, environments, buildings, vehicles, props, and UI-related assets. Move from
research and thumbnails to polished, production-ready artwork. Practical knowledge of AI
art tools and structured prompting is a key requirement. Interpret briefs, control style and
composition through prompts, and refine outputs with sound art fundamentals and
Photoshop skills
Responsibilities
• Create thumbnails, moodboards, layouts, sketches, and polished concepts for
game characters, environments, buildings, vehicles, and props.
• Research relevant art styles and comparable games, then present visual references
and concepts to the project team.
• Collaborate with the team to interpret briefs and develop artwork in the format each
project requires, including 2D concepts art or 3D related concept.
• Use AI tools and structured prompts to explore ideas efficiently, then refine the
results through artistic editing and quality checks.
• Incorporate client and team feedback while maintaining consistent perspective,
proportions, lighting, colour, and style across assets.
• Manage assigned timelines, document feedback, and raise unclear requirements or
delays early.
• Stay current with game art techniques, design trends, and production tools.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of concept art or game art experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Strong drawing, painting, composition, colour, and design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with AI image tools and the ability to write clear,
controlled prompts for different game asset types.
• Ability to identify and correct AI-generated errors, including anatomy, perspective,
object consistency, and unwanted details.
• Strong Photoshop skills, including layers, masks, paint-over work, and organized
production files.
• Ability to take an asset from a rough idea through to a clean, usable final design.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with feedback and
deadlines.
• A degree or certification in Fine Arts or a related field is welcome, but portfolio
quality and practical skills are more important
