Salary: ₹30,000 per month (10% TDS Deduction)

Position Overview
The Computer Trainer will be responsible for delivering computer training to youth and supporting them in developing essential digital skills required for education, employment and day-to-day professional work.

Creation Welfare Society (CWS) is a non-profit organization working towards social and economic empowerment through skill development, livelihood promotion and community-based development initiatives. CWS works in the areas of youth skilling, women’s economic empowerment, vocational training, employability, digital and financial literacy, health and community development.
Job Role & Responsibilities
· Deliver computer training sessions as per the approved course curriculum.
· Teach basic computer operations and digital literacy.
· Provide practical training in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
· Train participants in internet usage, web browsing and online applications.
· Introduce participants to basic AI tools and their practical applications.
· Support participants in resume writing and professional digital communication.
· Conduct practical exercises, assessments and learning activities.
· Maintain regular attendance and training records.
· Support learners in clearing doubts and improving their practical skills.
· Track the progress and performance of participants.
· Coordinate with the Centre Coordinator and project team.
· Support in preparing training-related reports and documentation.
· Ensure a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
· Relevant computer training certification will be preferred.
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Trainer or in a similar role.
· Experience in the NGO/development sector will be preferred.
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
· Good knowledge of internet, email and digital applications.
· Basic understanding of AI tools and digital technology.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
· Good classroom management and facilitation skills.
· Patience and ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.
