Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Hardware, CCTV and Fire Alarm Engineer based in Kollam and Kozhikode. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and related security equipment at client locations. The engineer will perform computer hardware setup, diagnostics, and repairs, as well as basic networking tasks to ensure reliable system connectivity. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance under AMC agreements, and documenting work completed. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan installations, provide technical support, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all systems.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer Hardware installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, fire alarm panels, sensors, and cabling best practices.
- Basic networking skills (IP addressing, routers/switches, structured cabling) are desirable.
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, wiring layouts, and installation guidelines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently on-site and as part of a team.
- Candidates should know Hindi, English and Malayalam Languages.
