Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CAE Analyst – Crash with experience in automotive crash simulations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in HyperMesh (HM) and LS-DYNA, with experience in full vehicle integration and crash analysis. The role involves developing finite element models, executing crash simulations, analyzing results, and working closely with design teams to improve vehicle safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare finite element models using HyperMesh (HM).
- Perform full vehicle crash simulations using LS-DYNA.
- Execute crashworthiness analyses including frontal, side, rear, and offset impact simulations.
- Evaluate simulation results and recommend design improvements.
- Ensure CAE models comply with project and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with design, BIW, and product development teams to optimize vehicle performance.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of CAE processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in HyperMesh (HM).
- Hands-on expertise in LS-DYNA.
- Experience in Full Vehicle Integration & Crash Analysis.
- Knowledge of automotive crash safety standards and crashworthiness concepts.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
