Hiring: Software Engineer III – Dynamics 365 CRM
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 Days Work From Office

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Work on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Develop JavaScript for form customization, validation and business logic.
- Build and maintain Plugins and Custom APIs.
- Develop Power Automate flows for process automation.
- Build Canvas Apps and Custom Pages using Power Platform.
- Design and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware.
- Work with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Troubleshoot CRM, integration and performance issues.
- Support security, solutions, ALM and deployment activities.
- Use GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development and productivity.
