7-10 years relevant experience in banking, lending compliance, mortgage operations, or commercial lending; expert knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, GLBA, HMDA, SAFE Act, Fair Lending, Reg Z, Reg B, Reg E, BSA/AML, UDAAP, MLA, SCRA; CRCM preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
