Post – Compliance Executive
📍 Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Onsite | Desk-Based Role)
Role Overview
We're looking for dedicated, career-oriented graduates interested in building a long-term career in regulatory compliance, corporate laws, taxation, and trademarks. This role offers hands-on exposure to SEBI regulations, Trademark matters, MCA/ROC compliances, GST matters, and direct interaction with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ SEBI Compliances (Research Analysts, Investment Advisers, PMS, Stock Brokers, AIFs, etc.)
✅ Trademark Search, Filing, Prosecution, and Documentation
✅ MCA/ROC Filings and Corporate Documentation
✅ GST Compliance and Regulatory Filings
✅ Liaison with Clients and Regulatory Authorities
✅ Drafting, Documentation, and Compliance Research
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)
✔ Basic understanding of SEBI Regulations, Company Law, GST, and trademark procedures preferred
✔ Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and government portals preferred
✔ Strong drafting, documentation, and communication skills
✔ Candidates seeking a long-term career in compliance and regulatory practice will be preferred
