📢 We’re Hiring: Compliance Coordinator (Fintech & InfoSec) 🚀
Are you an experienced compliance professional with a strong foundation in Fintech regulations, RBI mandates, and Information Security standards?
At CREADXMONEY FINTECH PVT LTD, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to manage our regulatory compliance, drive audit readiness, and ensure our security governance aligns with industry benchmarks.
📌 Role Overview
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end compliance operations, oversee technical audit documentation, liaise with internal/external auditors, and ensure strict adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and global security frameworks.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Certification Management: Coordinate and maintain documentation for ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and most recent third-party independent audits.
- Vulnerability & Threat Management: Review and track remediation workflows for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and execute compliance with RBI guidelines (including Data Localization / Storage of Payment System Data, Cyber Security Framework, and Digital Lending norms).
- Business Continuity & Resilience: Coordinate and document regular Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill switchover activities and BCP testing.
- Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, CERT-In empaneled auditors, and internal security teams.
- Policy Governance: Maintain risk registers, compliance trackers, and ensure continuous audit readiness across all business and tech operations.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in IT/InfoSec compliance, audit coordination, or risk management within Fintech / Banking / Financial Services.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RBI compliance mandates (Data Localization, Payment Aggregator/Gateway norms, InfoSec guidelines).
- Framework Familiarity: Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and standard VAPT assessment methodologies.
- Documentation Skills: Proven ability to manage DR switchover reports, third-party audit trackers, and regulatory reporting submissions.
- Certifications (Preferred): CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CRISC, or equivalent.
