A few weeks ago, we launched Hire For Work (HFW) to bring next-generation opportunities closer to next-generation talent.
We’re now looking for bright, innovative community managers with connections across student communities, prestigious institutes, geek forums, developer circles, gaming, design, advertising, finance and more.
Your mission: make HFW vibrant, discover exceptional talent, expand networks, and connect people with industry through conversations, ideas and creative channels.
This isn’t an ordinary job opening.
It’s a prove-yourself-and-get-hired live hackathon.
For a limited time, our team has opened the HFW Inner Circle:
Join the WhatsApp group
Once approved, introduce yourself, tell us your interests, your networks, and where you’re ready to prove yourself. Our communities are already active and ready to assess your talent.
And yes, HFW started on Discord.
We deliberately didn't mention that above.
If you figured out why, we've got each others' attention.

We’re looking for people who are part recruiter, developer, journalist, psychologist, event host, internet native, moderator and storyteller.
You don’t need to be an engineer. But you should know GitHub without asking.
If you naturally wonder:
Who joined? What are they building? Who disappeared? Why did that conversation explode? Who knows something interesting? Who should meet whom? What should we discuss tomorrow? You might be the person we’re looking for.
Prove yourself. Get hired.
