We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Commis 3 Chef to join our kitchen tea

Responsibilitie
s:
- Assist the chefs with day-to-day kitchen operation
s.- Support in basic food preparation, mise en place and ingredient preparatio
n.- Help chefs during service and ensure smooth kitchen operation
s.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstation
s.- Assist with receiving, storing and organising ingredient
s.- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety and hygiene standard
s.- Help with plating, portioning and other basic kitchen activitie
s.- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are kept clean and organise
d.- Support the team with any other kitchen-related tasks as require
d.
What we’re looking fo

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operation
s.- Willingness to learn and work as part of a tea
m.- Good work ethic, discipline and a positive attitud
e.- Prior experience in a café, restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferre
d.
