Qualifications
- Professional experience as Commi 2 or Commi 1 or DCDP in a hotel, restaurant, or resort kitchen, with strong skills in basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including mise en place, station management, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately, maintain consistency in taste and presentation, and work efficiently during peak service hours.
