We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commi 1 (Salad & Sandwich Chef) to join the growing Chai Nagri kitchen team.
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Rajpura (Punjab)
⏰ 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3+ Years
🥗 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, wraps, and subs.
• Maintain taste, quality, and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
• Prepare ingredients before service.
• Check freshness and manage food stock.
• Reduce food wastage.
• Work with the kitchen team for timely orders.
🔪 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
🥪 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in cafés, QSRs, restaurants, or similar setups.
🥗 Strong experience in preparing salads, sandwiches, wraps, and cold kitchen items.
🧑🍳 Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, portion control, and presentation.
🔥 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
🤝 Team player with a responsible and disciplined approach towards kitchen operations.
