🚀 Hiring: Colo Manager
We are looking for an experienced Colo Manager to lead colocation data center operations, ensuring 24x7 availability, infrastructure reliability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage end-to-end colocation facility operations
✅ Ensure uptime of power, cooling, network, and security infrastructure
✅ Handle customer onboarding, access management, service requests, and capacity planning
✅ Oversee preventive maintenance, vendor performance, and SLA compliance
✅ Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO, SOC2, TIA-942, and Uptime standards
✅ Monitor capacity utilization and maintain operational documentation
Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
✔ 13-18 years of experience in data center operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of power & cooling systems, DCIM/ITSM tools, data center standards, and rack/network infrastructure
