Tap4Loan is expanding its Collections & Recovery team and looking for professionals with hands-on experience in payday loans, short-tenure personal loans, digital lending and unsecured consumer lending.
🔥 1. HEAD – COLLECTIONS & RECOVERY
🧑💼 8–12+ Years
Looking for a senior leader experienced in payday / short-tenure personal loan portfolios.
✅ Build end-to-end collections & recovery strategy
✅ Manage early, mid, late & write-off buckets
✅ Develop DPD/bucket-wise strategies
✅ Drive PTP, PTP kept, roll-forward, resolution & recovery
✅ Lead telecalling, field teams & external agencies
✅ Set targets, SLAs, incentives & productivity benchmarks
✅ Monitor collection cost and agency performance
✅ Handle escalations, settlements & difficult cases
✅ Work with Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance & Technology
✅ Ensure compliant, professional customer engagement
🎯 Must have: Payday Loans / Short-Term Personal Loans / Digital Lending / Unsecured Consumer Lending experience.
⚡ 2. COLLECTIONS MANAGER / TEAM LEAD
🧑💼 4–8 Years
Looking for hands-on managers experienced in short-tenure, high-volume loan portfolios.
📌 Manage collection teams & daily performance
📌 Handle 1–90+ DPD portfolios
📌 Monitor PTP, broken PTP, roll-forward & resolution
📌 Drive daily/monthly collection targets
📌 Manage telecalling & field recovery
📌 Coordinate with external agencies
📌 Analyze bucket performance & prepare MIS
📌 Handle escalations and payment disputes
📌 Ensure process, quality & compliance
🎯 Preferred: Payday Loans / Personal Loans / Digital Lending / Consumer Finance / NBFC / Fintech.
📞 3. COLLECTION EXECUTIVE / OFFICER
👨💼 1–5 Years
📲 Follow up on overdue accounts & PTPs
📲 Manage assigned delinquent accounts
📲 Achieve daily/monthly collection targets
📲 Maintain accurate customer interaction records
📲 Resolve payment-related queries
📲 Follow up on broken PTPs
📲 Coordinate with field teams where required
📲 Follow approved collection & communication standards
🎯 Payday / Personal Loan Collections experience highly preferred.
