Job details:
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Professional – BPO at Delhi to drive new business growth.
This is a pure Individual Contributor role for a strong B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities and closing new business.
The person will personally own the new-logo acquisition charter — from identifying target accounts and opening conversations to solution discussions, commercial negotiations and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end new client acquisition for BPO and Customer Experience solutions.
- Build and independently manage a strong pipeline of new logos across Delhi-NCR and other strategic markets.
- Identify target accounts and proactively engage CXOs, Business Heads, Operations Heads, Customer Experience leaders and Procurement stakeholders.
- Generate opportunities through hunting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry connects and existing relationships.
- Understand client business challenges and position relevant BPO / CX solutions.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle:
- Prospecting → Qualification → Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Work closely with internal Operations, Solutioning, Finance and Leadership teams to create client proposals and commercials.
- Lead client presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of new-business acquisition goals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel with accurate forecasting and regular pipeline reviews.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and create opportunities for account expansion post acquisition.
- Track competitor activity, market movements and emerging BPO / CX opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless handover of won accounts to the delivery/operations team while remaining engaged during the initial transition.
We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in BPO / Contact Centre / Customer Experience / Outsourcing sales.
- Strong track record in new-logo acquisition / hunting / B2B enterprise sales.
- Existing relationships/network across enterprise accounts will be an advantage.
- Experience selling BPO, contact centre, customer support, inside sales, customer experience or managed services.
- Strong understanding of BPO commercial models and enterprise buying cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently build pipeline and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial orientation and business acumen.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced growth environment.
Why This Role?
This is a hands-on growth role — not a people-management role.
You will be the person opening doors, creating conversations, building the pipeline and bringing new clients.
If you are a BPO sales hunter who enjoys creating business rather than managing an inherited portfolio, this opportunity is for you.
