Coach Growth Strategist — ExpertsBIO 🎯

India's performance marketing partner built exclusively for coaches. For 8 years we've worked with 100+ coaches, managed crores in ad spend, and built revenue engines for some of the most recognised names in Indian coaching.
Here's why this role exists. Too many coaches are getting scammed and left without the help they actually need. We're building a genuinely value-driven community to change that. We want someone capable enough to run this on their own — and that's the point: you get to be an intrapreneur, building your own thing, but coached by people who've already done it for hundreds of coaches over 8 years, with the contacts and the playbook to match. **The Role — in plain terms**
You'll run a free online community where coaches come to learn and grow. Your job is to genuinely help them — fix their offer, sort out their business model, guide their funnel — so they get real results and come to trust you. Because they trust you, you'll then guide the right coaches into our paid programs and tools, and earn commission on every sale. As the community grows, you find new things to offer them and make more. You build the audience, you help them, you sell to them — all of it is yours.
**What You'll Actually Do Day to Day**
- Grow and run the community — bring coaches in, keep them engaged, make it a place they show up for.
- Run live webinar sessions and workshops that teach, build trust, and sell to the room.
- Sit with coaches' problems and give real solutions: their offer, pricing, model, funnel.
- Spot what each coach needs next and point them to the right paid program or tool.
- Sell them into our coaching programs, software tools, and agency services — and earn on it.
- As the audience grows, find and launch new things to sell to them.
- Track your own numbers and own the results.
**What We're Looking For**
- Proof you've already helped coaches scale — real numbers, not claims.
- Deep grasp of coaching business models and the funnels that work in this industry.
- Full-stack literacy: enough command of copywriting, media buying, design, video editing and scripting, UI/UX, and AI to *teach* coaches and get them results.
- Can hold a live room — webinar, challenge, workshop — and move the whole audience to a decision.
- Entrepreneurial fire and the confidence to back yourself.
**What We're Not Looking For**
- If you need a fixed salary to feel secure, this is not for you.
- If you've never worked with coaches or info-products, this isn't the right fit.
- If you want to clock in and be chased for output, please don't apply.
**Compensation — annual package**
- Base: ₹4.2–12 lakh/year (₹35,000–₹1,00,000/month), based on track record.
- Commission: uncapped. You're expected to clear at least ₹18 lakh/year (₹1.5 lakh/month) in commission to hold this seat.
- Realistic total for the right person: ₹24–60 lakh/year (₹2–5 lakh/month) — and no ceiling as you open new avenues.
