# Seeking Co-Founder & Strategic Business Partner | ₹10 Lakhs+ Investment | Healthcare, Education & Technology
I am looking for an entrepreneurial **Co-Founder & Strategic Business Partner** who can bring investment, sales and marketing expertise to help build and scale a healthcare-focused digital business with ambitions in India and globally.
## About Our Existing Digital Assets
We have developed multiple healthcare-focused websites and media assets that are receiving website traffic. We are now preparing to monetise these platforms and establish sustainable revenue streams.

Helping Indian dentists with dental clinic setup consulting, business Planning, dental clinic growth strategies & Dentist Brand development.

Our vision is to develop DentistUpgrade.com into a **global training platform for dentists**, offering:

* Continuing professional learning opportunities.
* Educational resources to help dentists enhance their clinical knowledge and professional skills.
* Government Dental job listings and career-related opportunities.
**3. Medihel365.com — Healthcare Digital Platform, Health care services provide Directory**
An additional digital asset with potential to serve broader healthcare audiences as our business develops.
**4. Chikitsa Katha & Medical Help 365days**
Our medical-related YouTube channels, providing opportunities to develop healthcare education content and explore future monetisation.
## Our Long-Term Business Vision
We plan to build a broader healthcare services, education and technology business through four major areas:
**1. Dental Business Consulting**
Help dentists establish, manage and grow their clinics through practical business consultancy and customised growth planning.
**2. Global Dental Training & Education**
Build DentistUpgrade.com into a global platform offering hands-on training, online courses and professional learning opportunities for dentists.
**3. Healthcare Digital Marketing Agency**
Provide specialised digital marketing, lead generation and patient acquisition services to dentists, clinics and other healthcare service providers.
**4. Patient & Clinic Management Software**
Explore the development of software to support clinic operations, patient management, appointment workflows and practice administration.
Our initial focus will be on dentists, with plans to expand into other healthcare services as we validate demand and build our capabilities.
## Who Are We Looking For?
I am seeking a strategic partner who can contribute both capital and practical business-building expertise.
**Key requirements:**
* Minimum proposed investment of **₹10 lakhs**.
* Strong experience in sales, marketing, business development or entrepreneurship.
* Ability to develop customer acquisition strategies and generate paying customers.
* Experience in healthcare, dental education, digital marketing, EdTech, SaaS or HealthTech will be an advantage.
* Ability to develop strategic partnerships with dentists, training providers, clinics and healthcare organisations.
* A long-term vision for building a scalable healthcare business in India and internationally.
## Role & Responsibilities
The selected partner will work with me to:
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
* Acquire our first paying customers and establish repeatable revenue channels.
* Build partnerships for dental training, education and healthcare services.
* Develop revenue models for our existing websites and digital assets.
* Explore opportunities in healthcare digital marketing and clinic management software.
* Help establish and scale our dental education platform for a global audience.
## What We Bring
I bring **12+ years of dental experience and experience owning two dental clinics**, along with existing websites, digital platforms and healthcare-related media assets.
We have a foundation to build upon, and our current priority is to convert existing website traffic into paying customers, validate our business models and develop our future services progressively.
**Please note:** We are currently at an early stage of monetisation and are not yet generating revenue from these ventures. Our future initiatives will depend on market validation, investment and execution.
