## Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with international buyers, global apparel brands, sourcing offices, importers, and textile manufacturers.
- Develop international marketing strategies and explore new export markets.

- Establish strategic partnerships with textile mills, fabric manufacturers, garment exporters, and global customers.
- Contribute proactively to business planning, opportunity assessment, and key business decisions.
- Leverage existing international industry relationships to generate sustainable business for Global Synctex Solutions.
- Work closely with the founder to develop the company's global presence and long-term growth strategy.
## Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Minimum **15 years of proven experience in the textile and apparel industry**.
- Strong expertise in international marketing, exports, global sourcing, merchandising, or textile business development.
- Established relationships with international buyers, brands, sourcing teams, or global textile business partners.
- Strong business-development capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, responsive, accountable, and committed to building a long-term association.
**Strict Industry Criteria:** Experience in non-textile industries will not be considered. Candidates must have relevant textile and apparel industry experience.
## Work Arrangement
- **Off-site / Remote:** No regular office attendance required.
