As we scale Right Way Skill, we are looking for a Strategic Investment Co-Founder to join the founding team and help build the next stage of the company.
The Opportunity
This is not a salaried position and not a passive investment opportunity.
We are looking for a genuine Co-Founder who is willing to invest capital into Right Way Skill and actively participate in building and growing the business.
The ideal partner will bring a combination of:
- Financial investment
- Sales and business development expertise
- Strategic business thinking

- Customer acquisition capabilities
- Leadership and execution
The co-founder will work directly with the existing founding team to build a scalable education business and expand Right Way Skill's reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a strategic financial investment into Right Way Skill
- Take an active role as a member of the founding team
- Lead and develop the sales and business growth strategy
- Build a scalable customer acquisition and GTM strategy
- Generate and close high-value opportunities
- Develop partnerships with companies, professionals, communities, institutions, and other relevant organizations
- Build and manage sales and business development processes
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Help recruit and lead the sales team as the company scales
- Participate in strategic business decisions
- Build strong commercial partnerships
- Help establish predictable and scalable revenue
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who thinks like an investor + entrepreneur + business builder.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, entrepreneurship, revenue, or commercial leadership
- Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales and business growth
- Proven ability to generate and close business
- Strong professional and business network
- Experience with education, EdTech, training, digital services, SaaS, or other scalable businesses is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
- Ability and willingness to invest capital into Right Way Skill
- Willingness to actively work with the founding team
- Long-term commitment to building the company

Investment & Founder Structure
