Job Opening: Deputy Center Manager – Labelle Clinics

Labelle Clinics is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Deputy Center Manager to support clinic operations, sales, client experience, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive clinic sales, revenue and conversion targets.
- Handle client consultations, follow-ups and relationship management.
- Guide the team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Monitor walk-ins, conversions, collections and daily performance.
- Ensure excellent client experience and timely resolution of concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, therapists and other clinic teams.
- Maintain high standards of service, discipline and operational compliance.
- Support the Center Manager in overall branch growth and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in the Aesthetic, Skin, Hair, Slimming or Wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical sales and center operations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong sales closing and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
