Job Title: Cluster Manager – FarmX
Base Location: Karimnagar, Telangana
Position Summary:
FarmX is the farm mechanization rentals division of Kisanwala Technologies Pvt. Ltd., providing farm machinery and agricultural services to farmers. The Cluster Manager will oversee farm mechanization rental activities across assigned clusters, focusing on farmer demand generation, market development, machinery and service bookings, vendor and operator onboarding, and field execution. This role requires strong field presence, regular travel, and active coordination with farmers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FarmX rental operations across assigned markets, mandals, and villages to achieve business targets.
- Visit farmers, FPOs, dealers, and local agriculture networks to generate demand for FarmX machinery and services.
- Onboard new machinery owners, vendors, and operators, ensuring service readiness and machine availability.
- Monitor daily bookings, machine deployment, and field-level execution to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Identify new growth areas to expand booking volumes and service utilization across clusters.
- Maintain accurate operational data in company systems and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of agriculture, farming practices, and farm machinery.
- Strong communication, field-level relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, mobile apps).
- Willingness to travel extensively within rural areas.
- Preferred: Experience in agricultural service operations, field operations, rural sales, or business development.
