IHMS (Innovest Hospitality Management Services) is looking for an experienced Club Manager to lead the operations of MET City Club & Convention Centre, a premium lifestyle club located within Reliance MET City.

Position : Club Manager
Location: Reliance MET City, Jhajjar ( 45 mins from Gurugram)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club.
- Ensure exceptional member and guest experiences across all touchpoints.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Sports & Recreation, and Facility Operations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the operations team.
- Plan and execute member engagement activities, events, and community initiatives.
- Handle member feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Monitor operational budgets, inventory, and departmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, clubs, resorts, or premium residential communities.
- Previous experience as a Club Manager, Operations Manager, Duty Manager, or Hotel Operations Manager will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Food & Beverage operations, banquets, memberships, and events.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, including weekends and during special events.
