About Ivy & Prime
Ivy & Prime is a cross-border market-access and venture-building platform operating across health, beauty, wellness, retail and professional networks.
We help global and Asian brands reach Indian consumers through an integrated ecosystem of:
Airports | Clinics | Retail | E-commerce | Distribution | Professional Networks
We combine brand curation, consumer discovery, clinical and professional access, strategic partnerships and market-entry execution to help promising brands build visibility, credibility and sales in India.
Ivy & Prime is now building its Clinic Division - a network of modern Asian-inspired beauty, aesthetics and wellness destinations that bring together clinical expertise, beauty innovation, curated retail and experiential formats.
The initial concepts include hybrid models such as:
- Clinic + Café and Lifestyle Experience
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Entrepreneur-in-Residence to work directly with the founding team and help build Ivy & Prime’s Clinic Division from the ground up.
You will help convert the clinic concept into operating locations by identifying the right doctors, clinical partners, salon and spa operators, space owners, investors, brands and service providers.
This is not a conventional business-development or marketing position. It is a hands-on venture creation, partnerships and execution role.
You will be expected to move comfortably between strategy and field execution—from preparing a business model and evaluating a location to meeting doctors, developing partnership structures, coordinating a pilot launch and tracking commercial performance.

- Help develop and outline Ivy & Prime’s clinic formats
- Convert the overall vision into practical business plans, launch roadmaps and operating models
- Research successful clinic, wellness and experiential-retail concepts
- Identify the right combination of clinical services, beauty treatments, wellness experiences, retail products and customer journeys
- Help determine which concepts should be tested first and how they can be scaled across multiple locations
2. Clinical and Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors , cosmetologists, nutritionists, wellness professionals and clinic operators
- Develop partnerships with salon owners, spa operators, café entrepreneurs, commercial space owners and investors
- Convert initial conversations into structured meetings, proposals, pilot agreements and long-term partnerships
- Help define clear roles, responsibilities, investment commitments and commercial structures for each partner
3. Location and Pilot Development
- Identify potential clinic and suitable-format locations across Delhi NCR
- Evaluate locations based on catchment, customer profile, rent, accessibility, competition and revenue potential
- Support the launch of the first one to two pilot locations
- Identify problems early and take ownership of resolving them
4. Business Models and Unit Economics
- Help prepare location-level business plans and financial projections
- Estimate setup costs, operating expenses, staffing requirements, service capacity and revenue potential
- Compare whether each pilot is meeting its commercial and operational targets
5. Service and Experience Development
- Work with clinical partners to develop service menus, treatment pathways, memberships and customer packages
6. Operations, SOPs and Scale
- Help establish operating procedures for appointments, consultations, treatments, product sales, customer follow-ups and partner coordination
- Coordinate clinical staff, front-desk teams, therapists, consultants and external partners
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance tracking
7. Brand and Market-Access Integration
- Connect the Clinic Division with Ivy & Prime’s wider brand and market-access platform
- Develop opportunities for brand activations, treatment integrations, launches and professional partnerships
8. Founder’s Office Execution
- Work directly with the founder on research, meetings, presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations
- Maintain a structured pipeline of doctors, locations, investors, operators, brands and strategic partners
- Track meetings, follow-ups, proposals, agreements, pilot milestones and revenue opportunities
