Position: Clinical Documentation Specialist
📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining clinical documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review, organize, and maintain clinical documentation and records
✅ Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA standards
✅ Conduct quality checks and resolve documentation discrepancies
✅ Manage document workflows, indexing, filing, and record maintenance
✅ Generate reports and maintain tracking logs using Excel and other tools
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to support documentation and compliance processes
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
✔ Experience in healthcare documentation, medical records, or clinical administration preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF management tools
✔ Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential healthcare information professionally
