We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Payment Poster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing, payment posting, and insurance remittances, with excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing/payment posting experience
- Proficiency in AdvancedMD, Tebra, and eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Experience posting insurance and patient payments
- Ability to accurately post EOBs, ERAs, EFTs, and adjustments
- Strong understanding of insurance payments, denials, recoupments, and contractual adjustments
- Ability to identify and research posting discrepancies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality expectations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred: Experience with multiple specialties and high-volume payment posting.
