Role Description The Clinical Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position supports clinical teams in delivering safe and effective patient care, including assisting with patient intake, documentation, and coordination of services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collecting patient information, maintaining accurate medical records, supporting clinicians with procedures within scope, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. The Clinical Associate also collaborates with medical and administrative staff, helps coordinate follow-up care, and contributes to quality improvement activities and basic research or data collection related to clinical services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess Research and Clinical Trials skills to support study-related tasks, data collection, and adherence to protocols.
- Candidates should possess Medicine and Healthcare knowledge to understand clinical workflows, basic medical terminology, and patient care processes.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or a related field.
- Ability to follow clinical guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with electronic medical records or healthcare IT systems are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or research setting is an advantage.
