Open Position : Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events

Job Profile:
- Actively participate in new client pitching and understand event service requirements.
- Conduct a wide range of events including product launches, conferences, conclaves, R&R, annualdays, family days, and exhibitions.
- Handle client meetings, gather briefings, and present agency recommendations for projects.
- Effectively communicate client requirements to the Design Team, Operations Team, and support business through event ideation and flow presentations.
- Ensure exceptional and timely delivery for clients, managing event activities from inception to completion with the production team.
- Oversee on-site event management to ensure smooth operations and create comprehensive deliverables and reports post-event.
- Expert in PPT, pitch deck and costing
- Maintain a process-oriented approach and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
