WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS & CLIENT COORDINATION MANAGER
(Post-Production)
Lasaki Media Works is a new-age visual content and production company with in-house production and post-production capabilities. We work across branded content, ad films, digital films, training content and long-form storytelling for leading brands and agencies.
We are looking for an organised, dependable and proactive professional to coordinate between clients, the director and our post-production teams.
This is an operations and coordination role - not a creative position.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients and agencies
* Receive briefs and route relevant conversations to the director
* Schedule meetings and coordinate project briefings
* Track timelines, feedback, approvals and final deliveries
* Follow up with post-production teams to ensure work is completed on time
* Maintain project trackers, schedules and meeting notes
* Coordinate shoot-related logistics when required
Requirements
* Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, client servicing or administration
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Mature, proactive and persistent with follow-ups
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Proficient with spreadsheets, calendars and project-management tools
* AI-savvy and comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT
* Applicants from non-media educational backgrounds are welcome
This role is best suited to someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations, coordination and management, rather than direction or another creative department.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid - candidates should be comfortable operating from Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai as required.
