Job Role : Client Servicing Manager
Location: Noida
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who is creative, proactive, and passionate about working with brands and developing innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and work on brand briefs and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with the in-house creative and sourcing teams.
- Review creative work to ensure it aligns with brand objectives and client expectations.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, segments, competitors, and positioning.
- Conduct market visits to identify new trends, products, and opportunities.
- Convert market insights and ideas into concepts and samples.
- Contribute to new product development and promotional marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Promotional Marketing or Consumer Promotions will be preferred.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Good understanding of aesthetics, trends, and brand requirements.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- MBA in Marketing / Advertising & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Professional degree, if applicable.
