Transit Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate, client-focused, and proactive professionals to join our growing Client Servicing team.
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
⏱️ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
👥 Gender: Male & Female Candidates Welcome
💼 Experience: 2–6 Years (Advertising, Media, Branding, BTL, Retail Branding, OOH, Events, or Marketing Industry Preferred)
💰 CTC: Best in the Industry (Negotiable for the Right Candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Act as the Primary Point of Contact for Clients
🔹 Understand Client Requirements & Deliver the Right Solutions
🔹 Build & Maintain Long-Term Client Relationships
🔹 Coordinate with Internal Teams for Seamless Project Execution
🔹 Ensure Timely Project Delivery & Client Satisfaction
🔹 Handle Client Queries, Feedback & Issue Resolution
🔹 Prepare Presentations, MOMs, Reports & Project Updates
🔹 Identify Opportunities for Upselling & Cross-Selling Existing Clients
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
✅ Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
✅ Strong Client Handling & Relationship Management Skills
✅ Positive Attitude with Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills
✅ Ability to Manage Multiple Projects & Deadlines Simultaneously
✅ Strong Problem-Solving & Coordination Abilities
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and Client Presentations
✅ Experience in Advertising, Branding, Media, BTL, OOH, Events, or Retail Branding will be an added advantage
✅ Passion for Client Satisfaction, Service Excellence & Long-Term Relationship Building
