Role Description The Client Servicing Manager – Weddings is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role manages end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry and consultation through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for wedding clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting concepts and proposals, coordinating with internal planning and production teams, and maintaining clear communication on timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The Client Servicing Manager will handle queries, resolve issues, manage expectations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves attending meetings and site visits, overseeing event days from a client perspective, and contributing feedback to improve services and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and relationship management.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated Customer Service mindset, with a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in weddings, events, or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced event environments.
- Comfort working on-site at venues, including evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with basic office and communication tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
