You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing a portfolio of UK/US-based SEO and digital marketing clients on a daily basis
- Serving as the single point of contact - handling calls, emails, and Zoom meetings independently
- Reviewing SEO deliverables and communicating progress, insights, and results to clients in a clear, value-driven way
- Coordinating with internal SEO, content, and web teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Tracking account health -revenue, retention, satisfaction - and reporting weekly/monthly
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Onboarding new clients and setting expectations from day one
You Must Have
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital marketing agency
- Hands-on experience managing SEO clients - you should be comfortable discussing keyword strategy, on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and monthly reporting
- Proven experience handling international clients (UK/US) on a day-to-day basis -calls, emails, reporting
- Excellent spoken and written English - client-facing communication is the core of this role
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup during UK shift hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST)
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Working knowledge of CRM and project management tools is a plus
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You have only handled Indian clients or domestic accounts
- You know SEO only theoretically - we need someone who has managed real SEO accounts
- You need heavy supervision or hand-holding on client communication
- You're looking for a day shift
