Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates to keep clients informed on campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to meet client needs.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in client relations, preferably in digital marketing, tech, or media sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
