At CoreConnect Technologies, we're building school management software to help schools simplify their daily operations. We've already partnered with 3 schools, and we're looking for motivated individuals to help us expand.
We're looking for people who want flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow alongside an emerging startup.
💼 What You'll Do
• Connect with school owners, principals, and management teams.
• Introduce our school management software and arrange product demos.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and onboard new schools.
• Maintain relationships with the schools you bring on board.
• Support renewals and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
💰 OUR COMMISSION MODEL — 40%
Earn 40% of the eligible annual contract value for every school you successfully bring to CoreConnect.
Here's an example, assuming each school has a ₹2 lakh annual contract:
• 1 school = ₹80,000 per year
• 5 schools = ₹4,00,000 per year
• 10 schools = ₹8,00,000 per year
These are illustrative earnings, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on the schools you onboard, contract terms, and payments received.
🔄 Recurring Earning Opportunity
Your commission continues while the schools you bring in remain active clients and meet the agreed commission conditions.
Important: If a school cancels its contract, the commission associated with that school stops. You are responsible for maintaining relationships with your clients and supporting long-term retention.
