### About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable upskilling programs.
### Key Responsibilities
* Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
* Explain relevant programs and address learner queries.
* Handle follow-ups and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
* Achieve enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
* Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
### Requirements
* 0–3 years of experience in BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or B2C Sales.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
* Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* EdTech/Sales experience preferred.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
