Client Partner – Executive Search | Jaipur (Preferred)
Location of candidate : Jaipur (Preferred) | Ahmedabad | Vadodara | Bhopal | Kanpur | Lucknow | Delhi | Gurugram
Experience: 10+ years in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, CXO, Niche Hiring in Non IT domain.
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner – Executive Search to join our growing team and lead senior-level hiring mandates across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive search and leadership hiring assignments.
- Partner with clients to understand their leadership hiring requirements and provide strategic talent advisory.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular client meetings and stakeholder engagement.
- Independently drive search strategy, market mapping, candidate assessment, and successful closures.
- Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring a high-quality client and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business and delivery objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Recruitment Consulting.
- Demonstrated success in independently managing senior and CXO-level hiring mandates.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to conduct regular client meetings and develop trusted relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience in closing leadership positions with compensation packages of ₹30 LPA and above.
- Strong understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring practices.
