Shabd Production House is a Lucknow-based video production and creative services company focused on helping creators, brands and businesses with professional video production, content creation, graphic designing and digital creative solutions.
We are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Client Onboarding Manager who can handle leads, communicate with potential clients, convert enquiries into business opportunities and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Preferably 1+ year in Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries generated through online and offline channels.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients and close deals.
- Explain Shabd Production House's services, pricing and offerings professionally.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients whenever required.
- Conduct and manage online meetings/video calls with Indian as well as international clients.
- Communicate with foreign clients professionally through Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other communication platforms.
- Prepare professional client messages, follow-ups and emails.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal production/creative team after the client is onboarded.
- Ensure that client requirements are properly communicated to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and client status.
- Identify new business opportunities and help the company increase its client base.
- Assist in basic social media and digital marketing activities whenever required.
- Maintain a professional image and represent Shabd Production House during client interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Good knowledge of professional Email, WhatsApp, SMS and online communication.
- Confidence in talking to clients and presenting services.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to convert leads into paying clients.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with both offline and online client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Basic understanding of content creation, video production, branding or creative services will be an advantage.
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Professional attitude, positive personality and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Educational Background
Candidates with a background in:
- MBA – Marketing / Sales / Business Development
- BBA / B.Com / Business Management
- Digital Marketing
- Sales & Marketing
- Media & Advertising
- Any relevant business or communication field
are preferred.
However, strong practical experience and excellent communication/sales skills will also be given significant consideration.

Salary & Growth
Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
Salary will depend on the candidate's:

- Business development knowledge
- Overall performance
Performance-based growth and incentives may be provided based on company policy and results.
