🚨 Hiring: Private KYC Analyst | KYC & AML
We are looking for a Private KYC Analyst to join the KYC/AML team of a leading investment banking organization
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 3+ years
🏦 Domain: KYC / AML / Private Client Onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform end-to-end KYC onboarding and periodic reviews for private/individual clients.
• Review and validate client identification and supporting documentation.
• Conduct CDD/EDD and assess client risk in accordance with AML/KYC requirements.
• Perform ongoing AML screening, including sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks.
• Conduct Source of Funds/Source of Wealth reviews and investigate discrepancies.
• Review transaction activity and escalate potentially unusual or high-risk activity.
• Ensure client information and documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Support periodic reviews, remediation and audit-related activities.
• Liaise with Compliance, Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve KYC issues.
• Ensure all cases are completed within defined SLA and quality standards.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant KYC experience, preferably with private/individual clients.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions and client onboarding.
• Experience with periodic reviews / ODD and remediation.
• Exposure to SOF/SOW, transaction review and AML screening.
• Strong analytical, investigative and communication skills.
• Graduate degree or equivalent.
Employment & Work Location: This is a permanent role with Empenofore Technologies, with the selected candidate working on a full-time basis at the client site.
