🚀 We’re Hiring | Client Acquisition Manager
📍 Bengaluru | 2–4 Years Experience
At Futureal, we’re looking for an energetic, confident and ambitious professional to join our growth team as a Client Acquisition Manager.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, creating new opportunities and growing a business.
What you’ll do
• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers, architects, PMCs, consultants and real estate professionals.
• Identify upcoming office, commercial and workplace projects.
• Initiate conversations through networking, LinkedIn, calls, referrals and industry events.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements and present Futureal’s capabilities.
• Work closely with our Design & Estimation teams to develop proposals.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to project closure.
• Build a strong professional network and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Who we’re looking for
We are open to 2–4 years of experience in:
Corporate Interiors | Office Furniture | Workplace Solutions | Commercial Real Estate | Building Materials | Architectural Products | Facility Management | B2B Services | SaaS | Corporate Sales
🎓 B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA or equivalent.

You should be comfortable meeting new people, speaking with senior professionals and taking ownership of opportunities.
