Role Description The Civil & PEB Engineer will oversee design, planning, and execution of civil and pre-engineered building (PEB) works for industrial and logistics projects. Responsibilities include reviewing structural drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing BOQs, assisting in cost estimation, supporting construction schedules, and resolving technical issues on-site. The engineer will collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and site teams to deliver projects within defined timeframes and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chakan.
Qualifications
- Strong civil engineering knowledge, including structural analysis, RCC and steel design, and PEB systems.
- Proficiency in engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD or similar structural software, MS Office).
- Experience in industrial/warehousing projects, site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Effective project coordination skills, including planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in PEB projects and industrial real estate development is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and readiness to work full time on-site in Chakan.
