Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Construction Project Manager role based in Hassan. The Civil Construction Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil works for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors; scheduling and monitoring site activities; and resolving issues to maintain progress and quality. The role involves managing budgets and resource allocation, tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and environmental requirements. The Civil Construction Project Manager will also support continuous improvement efforts, promote safe work practices, and contribute to effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management and Construction Project Management to lead civil projects from initiation to completion.
- Hands-on experience in Construction Management and Project Coordination to supervise site activities and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to plan, monitor, and optimize project financials.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management capabilities in fast-paced project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in project or construction management are an advantage.
- Experience working on infrastructure, institutional, healthcare, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
